Estate fried chicken and honey

Ingredients
Chopped ginger : 10 gm
Chopped garlic :10 gm
Chopped onion : 10 gm
Chopped spring onion ; 10 gm
Chopped celery : 10 gm
Capsicum (cut length wise) : 30 gm
Honey : 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce : 1 teaspoon
8 to 8 sauce : 1/2 teaspoon
Soya sauce : 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilly sauce : 1/2 teaspoon
Capsicum sauce :1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder : 2 pinches
White pepper powder :5 pinches
Black pepper whole : 5 pieces
Sugar : 2 pinches
Salt : 2 pinches
Sunflower oil : 2 teaspoon
Corn flour : 2 teaspoon
Maida : 1 teaspoon
Egg white : 1/2 portion
Chilly paste : 1 teaspoon
Stalk water : teaspoon
Lemon juice : 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken (cut length wise) : 150 gm
Method
Make a batter out of two tsp of corn flour two pinches of salt egg white half tsp of chilly paste and five tsp of water . Coat the pieces of chicken and capsicum and carrot slices separately in the batter. Fry in oil and set aside.Heat two tsp oil for 30 seconds. Sauté ginger garlic and onion till golden brown. Add half tsp of chilly paste. Add stalk after 10 seconds. Add tomato sauce. Add black pepper powder white pepper powder whole black pepper sugar salt lime juice honey and soya sauce.The batter fried chicken capsicum and carrot are added. Mix thoroughly on fire for two minutes. Celery spring onion and 8 to 8 sauce is then added and stirred for another minute on lower flame. Garnish with cuts of fresh vegetables.
